How does a request actually get done?
You send it through your workspace, email, or a simple intake, in your own words. A DELYV team member reviews it, confirms the scope, and moves it through review and in-progress before delivering the finished work — files, links, and updates — right in your workspace.
How do DELYV tokens work?
Every plan and token pack is priced in DELYV tokens, roughly one token per minute of estimated work. Before anything starts, you see the estimated token cost for that request, so there’s no surprise afterward.
Do unused tokens roll over?
Token packs (à la carte) stay usable for 3 months from purchase. Monthly plan tokens reset with each billing cycle and don’t carry over — if you’re regularly running out early, a token pack or a higher plan closes that gap.
What if I don’t love the finished work?
Open the request and ask for a correction — it goes back to the team working on it to make it right. If the ask has grown beyond what was originally scoped, DELYV will tell you plainly before treating it as new work.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your plan yourself from Settings whenever you like — it stops renewing at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access and any remaining tokens until then. No call or email required.
Is the $19 trial repeatable?
No — it’s one per customer, by design, so it stays an honest way to try DELYV before committing. If you move to a plan afterward, the full $19 credits toward your first month.
